We ship from Austria to every enabled country. What you see here is binding at the time of order.
Shipping costs are calculated live for your destination country in the checkout and shown before you place the order.
Everything on this page — the free-shipping thresholds in particular — applies to the AlpenHigh shop only. Auction-house shipments always carry a shipping fee; the free-shipping threshold does not apply there (see the auction-house section below).

Shipping & payment
How we ship
- Cuttings & seeds (shop)
- We ship on Mondays. An order with both cuttings and seeds ships together once the cuttings have rooted.
- Auction house
- Auction seed packs are warehoused, verified and shipped separately from shop orders, either by AlpenHigh directly or by an authorised fulfilment partner that ships via its own carrier on its own terms — including to countries the shop does not deliver to. Auction shipments always carry a shipping fee; the shop's free-shipping threshold does not apply here. Shipping cost depends on the destination country and is shown to you before you pay. If a seed pack can't be shipped to your country, the auction page says so and bidding is not possible. If you win several seed packs from the same fulfilment partner, you can pay them together — shipping is then charged only once. Where available, you can choose delivery to a pickup point (e.g. a post office branch) at payment. When AlpenHigh ships itself, the parcel travels on a trackable label; when a fulfilment partner dispatches, tracking depends on the partner's carrier and a tracking number is not always provided.
- Dispatch time
- Shop orders are dispatched on Mondays once payment has landed (except holidays).
- Cuttings exception: live cuttings are cut to order and need rooting time; they ship about 2–3 weeks after payment is received.
- Parcel lockers & pickup points
- Where the shipping option you pick offers it, you can have the parcel delivered to a pickup point (e.g. a post office branch) instead of your address. You choose the branch during checkout and the parcel travels there on a normal tracked carrier label. Depositing it at the branch does not end our responsibility: the order counts as delivered once you confirm receipt, not when the carrier drops it off. If the parcel isn't there when you go to collect it, the "Package didn't arrive?" report button appears on your order page 21 days after dispatch; if it arrives damaged, email us at office@alpenhigh.eu. In both cases we reship or refund and take the matter up with the carrier ourselves.
- Customs issues
- We accept no liability for customs seizures, or for shipments that cannot be delivered because the delivery address was provided incorrectly or incompletely.
Payment methods
- SEPA bank transfer
- Standard for all orders. Shipping happens after payment lands.
- Cryptocurrency via Plisio
- Pay with cryptocurrency. You'll be sent to Plisio, our crypto-payments provider, to complete the payment; shipping after confirmations.
- Cash by letter (private customers)
- Send cash by a tracked/registered letter. Available to private customers (not business accounts); please always send it tracked and enter the tracking number on your order page. Shipping happens after the cash arrives.
