Fulfilment and shipping partner

Part of our order volume is fulfilled jointly with a logistics partner; this does not change who the buyer's contract is with — that always remains Adelwöhrer & Puffer OG.

Valeskini + Partner GesbR

Concretely, for auction lots routed to a fulfilment partner, the respective fulfilment partner warehouses and ships those lots (third-party sellers consign them into the partner's warehouse); auction lots not routed to a partner are warehoused and shipped by Adelwöhrer & Puffer OG directly. All shipping is handled through the alpenhigh.eu order and shipping interface; buyers do not enter into a separate contract with the fulfilment partner.

Object of the undertaking and editorial direction: Diese Website dient der Präsentation und dem Vertrieb von Cannabis-Saatgut und -Stecklingen sowie dem Betrieb einer Auktions- und Konsignations-Plattform für Drittverkäufer entsprechender Produkte. Grundlegende Richtung gemäß § 25 Abs. 4 MedienG: Sach- und produktbezogene Information ohne politische, weltanschauliche oder religiöse Ausrichtung.
