Sell your seed packs
Everything you take on as an AlpenHigh seller, in plain language and before you create an account.
What it costs you
AlpenHigh keeps 50 % commission on the hammer price of every seed pack that sells. Nothing is charged up front, and no commission is charged for a pack that does not sell — but if you ask for an unsold pack to be shipped back to you after two years, you pay the return shipping (see step 5). The rate is set when your application is approved and is always shown on your seller dashboard.
Here's what happens after you apply
We review your application as quickly as possible.
Once you're approved as a seller, you create an auction for your seed pack. We review every auction before it goes live. Tip: provide as much information about your seeds as you can, it significantly improves your chances of a sale.
Only after an auction is approved do you ship your seed packs to the warehouse address.
Important: stick the matching QR label we send you onto each individual seed pack, so we can scan every seed pack separately on arrival.
You pay the shipping to the warehouse yourself; we accept no liability whatsoever for shipments that never reach us. Once a seed pack is scanned and inspected, the auction goes live and bidding starts (in a multi-pack series, packs go live one after another as the previous auction ends).
After the auction ends and the buyer pays, your payout is queued to the IBAN on file (minus AlpenHigh's commission).
If a seed pack stays unsold in the warehouse for two years, we contact you to choose: we either write it off (it passes to us) or ship it back to you at your cost. If you don't reply in time, it is written off automatically.
